Bought at a promotional price and also more products so it was free shipping. I don't know now how I can change to a smaller size as there is no size in the store. I was in a store and tried on an equivalent jacket to judge the size before I ordered. but still it got too big. What do I do?

Very thin and fragile quality. When I first time tried it on, it looked like it's for pregnant women. Surely not shapy like in picture. When I fetched my arms up, one armpit ripped badly. I'm very disappointed.
