Our dynamic checkout offers several shipping options. Your order will be dispatched with the carrier and delivery type you select.
NOTE! You must present ID when collecting your parcel. The name on the parcel must match your ID. If someone else collects the parcel, they must show both their own ID and the recipient’s ID, plus the code from the notification.
Multiple delivery options are available at checkout based on your postcode.
NOTE! Skis and poles are always sent with Bring Home Delivery and cost €12.90 in shipping.
To exchange an item, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want. We will refund the returned item once it reaches our warehouse. The return fee is €9.99.
Unfortunately not. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately in our systems. However, you have a 30day right of return. Follow the return instructions. The return fee is €9.99 and will be deducted from your refund.
You have 30 days from the day you receive the item. If clothing is damaged or unsellable due to smoke odour or dirt, we will charge you accordingly. The return fee is €6.90.

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. We usually process your order within 1–5 business days before it leaves our warehouse.

Bring delivery service
You will receive an automatic email with tracking information once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Click the link to track your parcel.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change the recipient name and address if you paid by card or instant bank transfer. For invoice payments, we cannot change the recipient name, but the address can be amended.
After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.
If you don’t pick up your parcel within the pickup period, we will charge the actual shipping costs plus a fee of €9.99 for uncollected parcels. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sörred, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Occasionally delays occur. Should this happen, we will contact you. You have the right to cancel your purchase in case of substantial delay.
The return cost is €9.99 if you ship the parcel back to our warehouse. Returns in store are free – bring your order confirmation and the items.
How to return (Bring)
Use the return label included in the parcel.
Attach it securely to the outside.
Drop the parcel off at your nearest Bring service point.
Can I return underwear and swimwear?
Yes, provided the packaging and seal are intact.

Once we receive your return, we process it in order. Refunds may take up to 14 business days.
I lost my return label!
Email webb@sportshopen.com with your order number to receive a new label.
I received a wrong or damaged item!
We apply consumer legislation. Please email photos of the defect along with your order number. Shipping is free for approved claims.
