1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Sportshopen Member is a loyalty program for concepts under Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB (Sportshopen.com). As a member, you have the opportunity to receive benefits, earn points, and get bonuses based on your purchases.
1.2 We created Sportshopen Member to reward and facilitate our most loyal customers. For example, all purchases earn points, and by analyzing your purchases as a member, we can tailor offers based on relevant products and benefits.
1.3 These membership terms apply between you as a private individual and Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB, company registration number 556437-2521, Box 125, 457 02 GREBBESTAD. By registering as a member, you accept these terms.
1.4 The membership terms may be updated. In case of major changes, we will send the updated terms to your registered email. If you do not accept the changes, you always have the right to terminate your membership.
2. MEMBERSHIP
2.1 It is free to become a member of Sportshopen, and you must be at least 18 years old. Your membership becomes valid as soon as you accept these terms. If you have multiple membership accounts, we reserve the right to merge them into one account. Only private individuals can apply for membership in the customer club.
2.2 To access offers from Sportshopen, you need to log in to My Pages online or identify yourself in-store.
2.3 Membership is personal and non-transferable. Since membership is personal, you may be asked to identify yourself at the checkout to access your member benefits and register your purchases. You can identify your membership with a valid ID.
2.4 Please be careful when identifying yourself. We ask that you always present your ID to our store staff.
2.5 Sportshopen reserves the right to deny membership if the person has previously been suspended or barred according to section 8.3.
3. YOUR POINTS
3.1 As a member, you collect points at Sportshopen when you register your purchase.
3.2 You earn points on all registered purchases, both in-store and online. At Sportshopen, you get 1 point per SEK spent.
Purchases of gift cards, Farmor Ellen, parking spots, padel, activity fields, payment with bonus checks, shopping bags, shipping costs, and administration fees are excluded.
3.3 For physical store purchases, your points are registered directly at the checkout. For purchases in any of our online stores, points are registered when the goods leave our warehouse.
3.4 We do not differentiate between purchases of discounted items or regular-priced items. However, redemption of bonuses or purchases of gift cards, purchases at the Farmor Ellen restaurant, parking spots, padel, activity fields, shopping bags, shipping costs, and administration fees are not points-earning.
3.5 Points for purchases can be retrospectively registered by returning the purchase in-store and redoing the purchase with a registered membership. You can also contact customer service:

Be sure to always register your membership when shopping online or in-store.
3.6 Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
3.7 For returns, Sportshopen deducts the points corresponding to the returned goods on the return date, regardless of the purchase date.
3.8 Your collected bonus points and bonuses are only visible to store staff or if you call customer service.
4. YOUR BONUS
4.1 When you reach a certain point level, you will receive a bonus check within 30 days, which you can use on your next purchase. Your bonus check is valid for 6 months from the activation date. See the point scale for bonus checks below:
Corresponds to a 2% return, the bonus check can be used once and only in-store.
4.2 Bonus can only be redeemed in-store (*not for purchase of gift cards, Farmor Ellen, parking spots, padel, and activity fields). A valid ID may be required when redeeming a bonus.
4.3 To offer you bonuses, we need to process your personal data to ensure you receive the points and bonuses you are entitled to.
5. MY PAGES
5.1 When you become a member of Sportshopen Member, we give you the opportunity to create a user account on Sportshopen.com. If you choose to create a user account, you will have the opportunity to use our services in a more advantageous way. On My Pages you can, for example:

5.2 To create a user account and enjoy the benefits we offer, we need to process your personal data.
6. YOUR MEMBER BENEFITS
6.1 Unique offers and discounts
6.1.1 We want you as a member to feel unique with us. Therefore, we will always do our best to give you offers and discounts we think you will like. To provide you with unique offers and discounts, we process your personal data such as name, contact details (email and mobile number), your purchase history, stated interests, and click history (e.g., products you have clicked on, articles you have read on our website, or if you have engaged with Sportshopen ads on social media). Processing this data is necessary to improve the discounts you receive as a member and to give you personalized offers.
6.1.2 Based on your data, we perform analyses that may result in you being placed in a customer group (so-called customer segment) or receiving a unique member profile. Together with your membership level, these insights form the basis for your personal offers and tailored benefits. For example, you may receive extra good offers on products we believe you will like, in your chosen store. Different members can therefore receive different offers and discounts.
6.2 Digital communications
6.2.1 As a member, you also receive our newsletter via digital communication. Digital communications may occur via email, SMS, or targeted ads on social media. To offer this, we process personal data such as mobile number, email, and purchase history. Your data is needed for us to communicate with you and offer you personalized offers and tailored benefits. 7. OUR COMMUNICATION
7.1 To allow you to access your benefits and receive information about your membership or other exciting news, you will receive communication from us through various channels. This may be via email, SMS, postal mailings, social media, or similar channels.
8. AGREEMENT PERIOD AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
8.1 These terms come into effect when you register as a member and apply indefinitely.
8.2 You can leave the Sportshopen membership program at any time by contacting our Customer Service. If you terminate your membership or if Sportshopen terminates your membership according to section 8.3, you lose the points and any bonus you have earned, as well as the services associated with the membership.
8.3 Sportshopen reserves the right to unilaterally block or exclude a member without prior notice. This applies in cases of misuse, inactivity for more than 36 months, violation of these terms, fraud, and other similar events or behaviors.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Sportshopen is not responsible for losses or damages due to technical faults, reduced functionality, or other similar errors related to your membership in Sportshopen Member. This does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Our processing of personal data
10.1.1 To fulfill our obligations under these terms, we need to process your personal data. How we process your data is described in these terms. For more detailed information, see our privacy policy.
10.1.2 In the privacy policy, you can read more about the purposes for which we use your data, the legal basis for processing, which companies may access your data, how long we keep your data, and your rights.
10.2 Your rights
10.2.1 We process your personal data only if it is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you as a member. Respect for your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we want to inform you of some of your rights:
You can object to direct marketing at any time.
You can terminate your membership at any time.
10.2.2 If you terminate your membership, we will delete the personal data linked to your membership. Even if you leave our loyalty program, we may continue to process certain personal data if required by law (e.g., transaction data under accounting law) or if we have compelling legitimate reasons (e.g., processing anonymous data for business development).
