We offer payment with Walley - choose between direct bank and card payment, invoice or installment payment. You decide which payment method you want to use at the checkout before confirming the purchase. Card and bank payments are made smoothly without you having to leave the page.
Invoice or installment payment means that you receive the goods before you pay. You can then choose to either pay the full amount at once or divide it into smaller parts. The due date may vary and is stated on the invoice or installment payment slip that is sent to you. The delivery method as well as any additional fees are shown at the checkout before you confirm the purchase.
In order to choose invoice or installment payment, you need to provide your registered address as the delivery address and you must be at least 18 years old at the time of ordering. A minor credit check will be conducted, which in some cases may involve a credit report. In case of delayed or missed payment, a late fee and default interest will be charged.
At my.walley.se you can see all your unpaid orders from Walley. You can also find them in the Walley app.
Sportshopen applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that as a customer, you have the right to a 30-day return policy, without any specific reason. The 30 days are counted from the date you received the item. We kindly ask you to return products in their original packaging and in unused condition with tags attached. Please package the contents properly in packaging to protect the original packaging and product. If the product is returned without sufficient protective packaging or if the original packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to make a depreciation of the product.
If the clothes you are returning are damaged and unsellable due to smoke smell/dirt, we will charge you for it. Returns are not accepted for items sealed for health and hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear, if the seal has been broken.
The return fee is 9.99 EUR, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
IMPORTANT! Returns sent with cash on delivery will not be collected. As soon as we have received the item within 14 days, your money will be refunded. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we will send you a credit invoice, which you deduct from the amount on the original invoice before payment.
You have the right to examine the item to determine its characteristics or function. Sportshopen reserves the right to charge compensation for depreciation resulting from handling the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. You can also print out and include the Consumer Agency's withdrawal form with the package. Here is the form.
Under no circumstances will we disclose any personal information (including email addresses) without the consent of the individual concerned.

If, against all odds, we do not reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in a general court, but you also have the option to turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN). The board's decision takes the form of a recommendation to the parties to resolve the dispute in a certain way. You can also contact your consumer advisor for assistance.
