What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates are added at checkout and are based on the estimated weight of your order. All orders exceeding 99 EUR qualifies for free shipping. Orders below 99 EUR adds a 9,99 EUR shipping fee at checkout.
Can I choose delivery pickup point for my order?
All packages are sent with UPS(Europe, except for Estland, Lithuania, Latvia - Those countries recevies and sends with Posti) to your home address. If the delivery fails two times, the package will be sent to the nearest UPS delivery pickup point.
Can I exchange a product on my order?
Yes, you can exchange a product. Upon arrival, place the item in the bag, seal the bag and attach the UPS return label(Europe, except for Estland, Lithuania, Latvia - Those countries recevies and sends with Posti) on the outside and send it back to us. Then place a new order on the product you wish instead. We will refund you for the returned product once it arrives to us.
The return shipping fee is 9,99 EUR.
If the new order value does not exceed 99 EUR a shipping fee of 9,99 EUR will be added.
Can I cancel an order?
We can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from us. After dispatch, cancellations are unfortunately not possible. If you wish to return the products you simply send them back to us. Please note that the return shipping fee is 9,99 EUR.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in accordance to Swedish laws. The products must be in perfect new condition and garment tags must be attached. We do not accept returns for used or washed items, or items that are damaged, have smoke odor or stains. Products having one or more or mentioned conditions will be charged for.
What is the age restriction for shopping?

What is the general shipping time?
Delivery time depends on which delivery method you choose.
We normally handle your order within 1-5 weekdays until it leaves our warehouse.
After that, the responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method.

Deviations can occur during times of peak sales, such as Singles Day and Black Friday, but we always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Can I trace my package?
Yes, when your package has been dispatched you will receive an automatic email including a UPS package tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address?
Our customer services department can help you change delivery address or name prior to dispatch, but should the package already have dispatched, changing the address or name is unfortunately no longer possible.
What happens if I do not collect my package?
The package will be sent to your specified address. If the delivery fails two times, the package will be sent to the nearest UPS delivery pickup point. From where is my order processed and dispatched?
Our e-commerce warehouse is in Grebbestad, a small picturesque fishing village on the Swedish West Coast.
If you happen to be vacating in Sweden, a trip here will also allow you to explore the largest sports store in the Nordics, filled with over 14,000 sqm of sports goods.
Is my order delayed?
We will contact you if there are any delays in the order processing and/or dispatch. Our main goal is to deliver the package as soon as possible.
If there are extensive delays in relation to your order you have the right to cancel the order. There might arise situations making it impossible for us to deliver your order, e.g. if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitment of delivering products to our warehouse.
Sportshopen reserves the right to disclaim responsibility of compensation if such events arise.
We do not offer compensations if packages disappear during shipping.
For how long can I return my order?

Can I return underwear or swimming clothes?
No, you can't return underwear or swimming clothes.
Have you received my returned order?
Your returned order will be processed upon arrival in a first-in-first-processed order. It may take up to 14 working days before it is processed and refunded. Please note that weekends and Swedish holidays are not counted as working days. The refund will be sent to the same card used for the purchase.
I have lost my return bill!
No worries. Just send an email to webb@sportshopen.com describing the case and adding your order number and we will send you a new one.
I have received the wrong or a damaged product!
Please send us some pictures of the product if it is damaged, clearly showing the damaged areas, together with a short description and your order number. Our customer services will help you. webb@sportshopen.com
Sportshopen applies Swedish laws in cases of reclaims. This means that we commit to exchange items that are damaged or wrongfully sent, without adding additional fees. If the package itself is very damaged upon collection at the delivery point, return it and ask them to send it back to us, then send us an email describing the case to webb@sportshopen.com.
Shipping is complimentary in cases of reclaimed products, so you will not have to pay for any shipping costs. The reclaim must be made within reasonable time upon discovery of damage or defects.

We offer safe card payments through DIBS payment services. You can choose between paying with Visa or Mastercard.
Your information is safe with us. We will under no circumstances exchange personal information (including e-mail addresses) without consent from our customers. We also follow the GDPR regulations.
