Running clothes for juniors & children
Take your running to the next level! Here we have gathered everything you will need in running for juniors. When you are out running and feel a bit too warm (which is more common than that you freeze), you can adjust your clothing with a few easy tips. The body have a few areas with great heat exchange that you can use. Ankles, wrists, neck and head are all areas with visible blood vessels. If you pull up the sweater so that it does not cover the wrist, you will get cooler there. The same goes for the other areas. But remember to to it in time if you begin to feel too warm, then you prevent unnecessary sweating and risk getting to cold afterwards. If you are starting to freeze it is way more simple - run a little bit faster and you will get warm ;)
