Silva
The brothers Björn, Alvar and Arvid Källström invented the first water filled compass 1933. It was not only the first compass with that technique but also put a global standard on how navigation gear should work. That was how Silva was born. A few years later, around 1935, they developed their area with a new invention, the headlamp Zeiler. Today is Silvas main focus on three areas for their products; sports, adventures and professional use.
